THE PROJECT
For Living Trust contacted me to create a short animated video to live on their homepage.
They wanted to make sure the final result was warm, cosy, light-hearted, focused on family
rather than the usual technicalities of writing up wills, and I think we ended up with just that!

STORYBOARD
The client shared with me a storyboard designed by a team they had previously hired.
It emphasized mostly on abstract online technicalities, which the client very quickly
realized they wanted to steer clear of. So instead, we planned out simple family moments,
including a Jenga game, a family video call, bath time, and sitting around the fireplace.

ILLUSTRATION
The client had a very good idea of the color palette they wanted, based around green and yellow.
A few color tests later, I was able to design a simple home setting filled with plants and soft lighting.
ANIMATION
Because the client wanted to make sure this video didn't emphasis on tech,
most of the animation work focused on the characters and their interactions.
